§ 46.2-403. Contents of notice of hearing.

A.

The notice of a hearing when mailed to any person, as provided in § 46.2-402 shall contain:

1.

A specific statement of the alleged offense or offenses or other grounds for suspension or revocation of the license, including the date, time and place thereof when applicable;

2.

The date, time and place of the hearing;

3.

The names and addresses of all known witnesses whose testimony is proposed to be taken at the hearing;

4.

As to any record of conviction of any offense which is to be offered as evidence, the date of the conviction and the court in which the same was had.

B.

If these requirements are complied with it shall be sufficient regardless of whether the licensee appeared and regardless of whether the notice was ever received.
